Honestly, I really don't understand that you call yourself a proshipper but you don't enjoy some stuff that proshipper enjoys, I get it but sometimes there are terms that doesn't fit properly, for example; i don't call myself a proshipper but a comshipper because i enjoy some complicated ships (like enemies x enemies or troubled people loving each other) and sometimes I don't enjoy some stuff that are in general weird irl like incest or abuse x victim because some people suffer from these issues and it's something against many people morality and understood that these things are not good. I know that fiction isn't real but that doesn't mean it doesn't affect reality, it does affect EVERYTHING, your thoughts, your feelings and what it can do on a daily basis. When you compared sweet to proshipper, it didn't make any sense, you basically put a difference something that people eat and something that seems against from alot of stuff. You sometimes have to dig in properly to understand what you are trying to get. I am not against what you are doing but I am AGAINST your morality of thoughts. Even if you are educated and have understood it, you still need to learn even more to have more knowledge than the things you have gotten.

Because being 'proship' is purely about being against harassment, it's a term that literally means anti-harassment. I don't need to ship anything to be against bothering people. :3
Fiction can effect reality, but not on a 1 : 1 basis, so people consuming darker media won't impact their morals for the vast majority, most fiction is created in order to entertain, so there's nothing wrong with it entertaining you! I used an example with food because it feels like it can be more easily understood by people who dislike taboo ships etc, the view of letting people enjoy things is the same though, hence why I used the example. I don't understand why people are in support of harassment ever but I'm also not you so that's not really my business tbf. I don't really think I do, I am constantly learning and researching, a lot of my education has been on human development etc so I'm pretty confident in my knowledge, but learning is a constant experience! :3
